1 • VE will das Haus voll sanieren, ohne spir. eG Mitglieder Bezug, möchte aber allen anbieten teil zu nehmen und ist enttäuscht und beschwert sich dass sich keiner meldet oder interessiert - argumentiert aber gegen jegliche Änderungsvorschläge und neigt dann in der Folge immer dazu zu sagen: dann macht doch ihr das Haus alleine oder sagt was ich ändern soll dann einigen wir uns (und argumentiert gegen jeden Wunsch) - oder wir verkaufen, lösen die eG auf oder ich trete aus etc.
2 • Im eG Versammlungsgespräch aller 6 Mitglieder der letzten Tage ergibt sich dass VE alleiniger Besitzer sein kann oder selbst bestimmen kann was sie mit dem Haus macht - wer will kann freiwillig teilnehmen - VE glaubt das nicht, sie sagt gerade (10:00) dass sie denkt dass FO alles nur aus verschiedenen Motiven so inszeniert hat und es ist nur ein Test oder Diplomatie etc. - FO widerspricht 100%, er hat nur VE 100% zugearbeitet und 1:1 umgesetzt was sie wollte: das Haus so sanieren zu können wie sie es will, ohne spir. Bezug, doch dafür muss VE auf die eG Teilnahme verzichten, aber die eG lässt sie es innerhalb der eG machen oder wann immer sie will es privatisieren oder verkaufen etc.
3 • VE ist bereit aus der eG auszutreten, würde aber das Haus trotzdem sanieren und bis zum Schluss der Verpflichtungen der Bank etc. gegenüber managen und betreuen - niemand interessiert sich aber ob sie austritt oder nicht, saniert oder nicht, innerhalb oder außerhalb der eG

1) Zu deinen sechs Motiven sage ich nichts, da es ja deine Punkte sind - (FO: Nichts sagen ist respektlos, diskriminierend und eine Beleidigung, kein Feedback - nichts sagen oder tun ist oft auch schon oder gerade ein Standpunkt oder eine Tat, je nach Situation)
2) Zu den Punkten 1 bis 3 (vom Fri 2016-4-1) habe ich nur zum aller ersten Punkt was zu sagen: (FO: Dies ist in Punkt 3 von FOs Liste behandelt, wieso wird es dann nochmal aufgebracht etc.?)
1 • VE will das Haus voll sanieren, ohne spir. eG Mitglieder Bezug, möchte aber allen anbieten teil zu nehmen und ist enttäuscht und beschwert sich dass sich keiner meldet oder interessiert - argumentiert aber gegen jegliche Änderungsvorschläge und neigt dann in der Folge immer dazu zu sagen: dann macht doch ihr das Haus alleine oder sagt was ich ändern soll dann einigen wir uns (und argumentiert gegen jeden Wunsch) - oder wir verkaufen, lösen die eG auf oder ich trete aus etc.
Ich bin nicht enttäuscht und beschwere mich auch nicht, dass sich keiner meldet. Ich finde es nur seltsam, dass erst keiner sich meldet (aber hast du ja erklärt dass das an meinem fehlenden Bezug liegt) und dann aber hin und wieder über mehr oder weniger „Kleinigkeiten“ mit entschieden werden möchten. Dann doch lieber voll dabei sein und alles mit überlegen, was wichtig ist oder wenigstens in dem einen Bereich, wo es einen Änderungsvorschlag gibt (z.B. Fenster) dann alles zum Thema Fenster wenigstens verstehen und dann gegebenenfalls auch mit den Profis mit sprechen, z.B. Anne wegen Fenstern mit Architekt mit sprechen oder Juliane wegen Kirik, dann z.B. Kirik mit treffen (hatte ich ja im Treffen vorgeschlagen, ist aber keiner drauf eingegangen) und dann gemeinsam entscheiden. UND/ODER eine Abstimmung machen (was ich dir den Tag darauf vorgeschlagen habe), dann würde ich alle Änderungswünsche sammeln, dazu einen kleinen Bericht schreiben, also pro und contra und die Kosten zu den einzelnen Varianten etc. (in Absprache mit Architekt) und dann können wir abstimmen und ich bin nur eine Stimme wie alle anderen auch. Wenn sich daraus dann finanzielle Schwierigkeiten ergeben (z.B. es wird ganz viel für Dinge gestimmt, die Mehrkosten verursachen), dann bringe ich dazu wiederum einen oder mehrere Vorschläge oder Konsequenzen etc. und wir müssen dann darüber aber auch abstimmen.
Ich habe nie gesagt, dass ihr das Haus alleine machen sollt, ich habe im Meeting nur gesagt, dass ich bereit bin aus der eG auszutreten, da ich offensichtlich ein Störung verursache und das Haus (und die eG) deswegen nicht von euch allen genutzt werden kann. Daher hatte ich im Treffen gesagt, ich trete nicht aus, wenn nur JU übrig bleibt, sondern JETZT schon würde ich austreten, aber die Sanierung machen. Hat ja keiner von euch gewollt die Sanierung und so fände ich es sehr fies, sie jetzt stehen zu lassen (ausser das wollen alle).
Wenn ihr euch fühlt, dass ich gegen jeden Wunsch heftigst argumentiere, dann tut mir das leid - es ist aber tatsächlich so. Weil ich eben so lange und so viel darüber mit den Beteiligten gesprochen und diskutiert habe und mich auch oft gegen meinen Willen von Dingen trennen musste, die ihr teilweise jetzt vorschlagt. ABER trotzdem können wir abstimmen darüber. Also meine heftige Reaktion ist vielleicht total fehl am Platz, aber rührt daher, dass ich versuche, die Sanierung zu „retten“, wenn man das so sagen kann. Finde ich aber trotzdem unmöglich, wenn es bei euch so ankommt und möchte das korrigieren.
Das letzte Mal den Vorschlag gebracht, die eG aufzulösen habe ich vor vielleicht über einem Jahr, als du teilweise die Bilder hattest evt. H3 zu verkaufen. Ebenso H3 zu verkaufen habe ich vor langer Zeit vorgeschlagen oder es an meine Bruder zu verkaufen, aber nur weil du darüber sprachst H3 prinzipiell zu verkaufen oder weil eben keiner was mit dem Haus zu tun haben wollte oder weil wir überlegten dann woanders ein Haus zu kaufen und es umzuwandeln. Ansonsten finde ich es Quatsch es meinem Bruder zu geben - warum sollten wir das tun? Hatten wir ja schon letztes Jahr analysiert - nur wenn keiner was mit H3 machen will und so sah es ja oft aus etc.
Sorry, für die lange Abhandlung - es tut vielleicht nichts zu Sache - wollte nur antworten, da du meintest, ist dringend.

Im Grunde ist es nur immer eine Begegnung zwischen Seelen, die sich für ein Miteinander zwischenmenschlich (von Seele zu Seele) und mit Gott/Engeln/Meistern entscheiden oder dagegen – die positiv spirituelle oder negativ materielle Begegnung zwischen Seelen und der richtige Umgang damit (alle Bilder, alle Mittel) ist die einzige Aktivität. FO kann daher aufgrund der derzeitigen Umstände zhW nicht komponieren + texten + Band einladen, da es nicht möglich ist, Menschen auf diese Grundlage (Fass ohne Boden) zu stellen (Band, Mitarbeiter, Publikum, Weltgeschichte, Musikgeschichte), wenn wir nicht Punkt 2 oder ähnliche Punkte von den 15 Band-Punkten hier mit einbeziehen und zhW 24h perfekt behandeln; es ist so wie wenn man seine Kinder ein paar Tage alleine lässt ohne Aufsicht. Hinter allem und mit allem verbunden sind immer Personen; Materie gibt es nicht in Wirklichkeit.
7. Materie ist im Paradies nicht existent, sie ist nur erreichbar mit dem Austritt durch die Frucht vom Baum der Erkenntnis von Gut und Böse und als Folge die Trennung vom Paradies durch den Engel mit dem Feuerschwert in die materielle Welt, one way; wenn du aus der materiellen Welt wieder zurück willst, dann musst du ausschließlich vom Baum des ewigen Lebens (Heilige Geist/Wort Gottes) essen, sonst Rückfall. Meister schulen einen, das Wort Gottes hören zu können. Engel vermitteln das Wort Gottes. Das Empfangen des heiligen Geistes ist die in Punkt 6 erwähnte Energie: die spirituelle Idee/Botschaft/Anweisung/Auftrag beinhaltet immer die erforderliche spirituelle und materielle Energie. Dadurch wird die Materie spiritualisiert und das Fass ohne Boden wird (weltlich gesehen zeitweise/vorübergehend) zum funktionierenden Projekt. Wer nicht für uns ist, ist gegen uns. Wer sich versündigt, denjenigen zurück weisen und trennen, und erst wenn er aufrichtig + verantwortlich um Vergebung bittet, dann ihm vergeben.
8. Der Sinn der Liste ist, ein Team zu bilden, das sich gegenseitig in 100%iger Inspiration 24/7 unterstützt und sich in der Notwenigkeit dessen zum avisierten Welterfolg einig ist.

Analysis
1 - Is religion, an understanding or belief of God, angels, prophets, saints, spirituality, religious rules, behaviour and lifestyle etc. necessary? Is atheism a belief as religion is? Can both be true? Is there an objective truth, a scientific proof of religion? Why are there books and informations, societies etc. declaring both sides as scientific? Why are there so many religions and religious conflicts? Does it make a difference to be a Christian, a Buddhist or Hindu, Taoist, Moslem, Jew etc.? Should there be one religion connecting all religions? Should there be discrimination? There are many movements trying to practice each of these existing statements. How can we deal with all of this?
3 Levels
1 - egoistic: I do whatever I want and take it with all methods, even if it hurts or kills others, I don't care 2 - pseudo-religious: I am not group 1, I am a good one - I pretend to be good - that is sufficient - I "show" everyone how good I am - I have learned how to do that from my "Godbrothers" and "sisters" - nobody is perfect - God and Jesus etc. will forgive me my sins 3 - spiritual - I really try to be spiritual - spirit will not allow mistakes - I have to be perfect, honest, true - as Jesus taught us to be and gave a perfect example how to do so
Group 1 hates group 1, 2, 3 - thinks 2 and 3 are only egoists like 1 and just pretend to be better, they play a role (which is true for group2, though they don't see this always in this way, they are able to make themselves and others believe that they are good guys, even it is not really true - and 1 thinks: everybody is anyway and egoist - everybody does everything just for his own benefit, and whenever he wants he will kill or hurt others - nobody is really a good one
Group 2a thinks: I am a good one, I am no egoist anymore, some people here just pretend to be that, but I am not such a person
Group 2b thinks: : We can't always be perfect - we are all sinners - God will forgive me - I can't avoid all sins always - I try to become a better person - sometimes I have to cheat others and tell them I am a good one - everyone does - and both think: I can't become a really good one - therefore Jesus had to come - he is the son of God - we will never be like him - and they become fanatic and fight everyone who tries to become sinless andwho believes thatwe can become like Jesus
Group 3 knows: I am spirit - I am a part of God - I can contact God and Jesus and all masters of wisdom and love in my prayer and my meditiation - I will work hard - I will become like Jesus, sinless, and help others to understand and to realize that
Group 2 hates group 1, a big part of group 2 - and group 3, they fight group 3 as "people on devil's path" and always try to tell them this and change them into group 2, they want them to give up the idea that anyone could become like Jesus, sinless
But what is the purpose and sense of religion, if not becoming perfect in this lifetime? It is said in all scriptures that this is the goal and have to be done, and can be pursued by everyone who is serious about it - and they give all instructions how to realize that
Our community only accepts the 3rd group
Why communities and religions become degenerated - because there are buildings, institutions, societies, it doesn't mean that all hired people are spiritual authorities

• To become a member, we have to ask for forgiveness, discuss their sins with our leaders, work out together with the leaders a path how to avoid those, and promise to follow the chosen path - then become baptized and get in this way the blessings of Jesus, God and the community

Absence of Trust - Invulnerability (Unverletzbarkeit) - unwillingness to be vulnerable (angreifbar, verletzbar) within the group
1. The first dysfunction is an absence of trust among team members. Essentially, this stems (abstammen, herrühren) from their unwillingness to be vulnerable (angreifbar, verletzbar) within the group. Team members who are not genuinely (wirlich, echt) open with one another about their mistakes and weaknesses make it impossible to build a foundation for trust.
2. This failure to build trust is damaging because it sets the tone for the second dysfunction: fear of conflict. Teams that lack trust are incapable of engaging in unfiltered and passionate debate of ideas. Instead, they resort to veiled (verschleiert) discussions and guarded (zurückhaltend) comments.
3. A lack of healthy conflict is a problem because it ensures the third dysfunction of a team: lack of commitment (Verpflichtung). Without having aired (gelüftet) their opinions in the course of passionate and open debate, team members rarely, if ever, buy in (übernehmen) and commit (sich verschreiben) to decisions, though they may feign (heucheln, vortäuschen) agreement during meetings.
4. Because of this lack of real commitment and buy-in (Übernehmen), team members develop an avoidance of accountability (Verantwortung), the fourth dysfunction. Without committing to a clear plan of action, even the most focused and driven people often hesitate to call their peers on actions and behaviors that seem counterproductive to the good of the team.
5. Failure to hold one another accountable creates an environment where the fifth dysfunction can thrive (wachsen, gedeihen). Inattention (Unachtsamkeit) to results occurs (tritt ein) when team members put their individual needs (such as ego, career development, or recognition - Anerkennung) or even the needs of their divisions above the collective goals of the team.
