- that is also the book-title.
Today there are approximately 7-8 billion people living on planet earth - with currently approximately 1.8% accretion-rate per year. So presumable doubings are to be expected in 60 years and then in increasingly short intervals. Our books (TB 1-16 ff.) have already illuminated and treated all important areas of tension of the spiritual-religious nature of todays human - solutions pertaining to this are specifically worked out and summarized, compressed and made manageable through essences.
Now we turn to the structural conflicts of mother earth - the material plain of Seth (TB 12.7). Lack creates tension through destitution and suffering - abundance creates wantonness, pretention and disagreeable (end page 43) utilization of power and wealth towards less well-off individuals, also towards the animal world, the plant world and the material-substantial and energetic sphere. UN (United Nations), Amnesty, Greenpeace and many more try to produce relief here, every government endeavours to create balance and justice - the world-problem from the material-substantial and energetic viewpoint is listed multiple ties and generally known and accessible for everyone (more links coming soon here). But still year after year passes - the underdeveloped world (underpriviliged areas and groupings) suffers and dies of lack of nourishment, hygiene, living-space, healing, education, work etc. while the areas, countries and nations in predominant abundance can unfold, relax or rest in relatively great and ideal freedom in material and social security and wealth. (end page 44) Discrimination through laws and borders, currency, knowledge, progress, space and means is mostly a fact enduring in the long term for billions of people. This can, from a purely mathematical viewpoint, not last (continue) much longer - we can view exact projections pertaining to this (more links soon here) and predict and expect the possible consequences - this is or should be the subject of all politics on earth - and the paramount daily communication and practical elaboration (development) between all countries and parties of the world.
But every person knows: This is not the case - not everywhere, not daily, and most of all not sufficiently in order to counteract the population increase, based on the known facts, and the thereof resulting tensions and destitutions - here we present a current overview of the subject (links coming soon here).
Spirituality and religion are done away with (end page 45) or exempted - the big institutions - weakened in power and actualization - move within un-religious extremes of violence and war, terror-acts and extreme discrimination and condemnation without religious or scientific and lawful, ethical and moral grounds, or in belittlement, white-washing, call to fatal retreat, consciousness-changing through so-called traditional thought and feeling-orientation, fictitious promises of the thusly appearing world-saviour or the world-saving group, or even complete disengagement and ignorance from problems supposedly only consisting of propaganda and/or karma - only short-lived and passing and most of all therefore not concerning ones self, all the way up to declared untrue probelms and thus the opening of the world-market of wellness, "positive" egotistical thinking, master-student and similarly structured groupings and relationships etc. in the name of religion and spirituaility. Added to all of this are rebellious (insurgent) groupings or individuals as activists all the way up to arming, attack and suicide-bombing etc.
The circumstance is now well outlined and depicted with sufficient precision in order to explain our current stand-point pertaining to it - the statute for the World-Peace-Party (WPP):

4. The spiritual soul will is undivided, whereas the material will is split into PPs or even occupied PPs (see TB 1-4). Decision-ups and downs thus only ever emanate fro the material will and the PPs (part-personalities) or occupied PPs, but not so from the spiritual soul will, which always acts fully detached from material mental-physical condtionality and division in perfection.

The actualization and control of the PPs (part-personalities) - according to old energy of the chakras a.o. etc.- is not possible from the conditoned perspective and requires the help of the master who, detached from the parts, solely acts out of pure soul-consciousness. Body-mind control and enliven the lower 3 CHs (Chakras), soul-mind the higher 3 - the heart stands in the middle in-between and holds the connection.
CH 7 - Kundalini, last vertebra and felt anal-center demands sleep, drugs and DRs, rejection of all else and aggression.
CH 6 demands sexual freedom of all images (IVs), and
CH 5, felt emotion-center, (end page 9) stomach and hunger-center and demands eating-pleasure and all other conditioned joys.
CH 4 is the neutral seat of the unbiased soul in the heart - the felt love.
CH 3, felt voice-origin and joy-center, demands expression and manifestation of liberating IVs (inner visions) of the N (nature, being) and the SL (soul), through body, mind and mediums.
